Welcome to Rayo’s K9 Academy LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or enrolling your dog in training, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Rayo’s K9 Academy LLC provides professional dog training services, including Board & Train programs, consultations, and related resources. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified at our discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your dog (including health history, vaccinations, and behavior concerns).

  • You acknowledge that dog training requires continued practice at home. We cannot guarantee permanent results without your active participation after your dog’s training program.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your dog’s health and well-being, including up-to-date vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and any medical needs.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment terms are outlined during booking and must be made in full or according to agreed payment plans.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your dog’s spot in our program.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees depending on notice given.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed, as results depend on consistent follow-through by the owner.

4. Assumption of Risk

  • You acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to your dog, yourself, or others.

  • By enrolling in our services, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Rayo’s K9 Academy LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses that may occur.

5. Dog Behavior & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for any dog that poses a danger to staff, other dogs, or the public.

  • You are responsible for disclosing any history of aggression, bites, or behavioral concerns prior to training.

  • Failure to disclose such information may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Website Use

  • Our website content (including text, images, training materials, and logos) is the property of Rayo’s K9 Academy LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayo’s K9 Academy LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training or website use.

  • Issues resulting from lack of follow-through by the dog owner after training.

  • Any damages beyond the cost of services paid.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
